CEJ successfully conducted a capacity-building session on ‘Sexual Harassment in the Workplace’ for the National Development Bank (NDB) on October 24, 2025. This collaborative initiative was designed to clearly identify sexual harassment, foster awareness of the legal systems and remedies available, and empower individuals to take action. Our shared goal was to strengthen NDB’s commitment to creating a safer, more equitable working environment for every employee.
