CEJ collaborated with the Office for Reparations (OfR) to sensitize their staff on gender, women and reparations. A workshop was held on 24 February 2021 where The Power of Play (Pvt) Ltd supported CEJ to deliver the training through puppetry. Participants at the workshop built their own puppets and engaged in theatrical exercises to explore the concept of gender and its relevance to their work. The workshop was attended by twenty mid level staff and was conducted simultaneously in Sinhala and Tamil.
