In an effort to advocate for women victim survivors of war and incidents of civil unrest and their need for urgent reparations, CEJ conducted two virtual round table discussions on 28 July 2020. Danushka Medwatte, a senior lecturer, moderated the Sinhala language session while Ranitha Gnanarajah, a lawyer, moderated the Tamil language session. Members of the Office for Reparations (OfR), civil society organisations (CSOs), academics and activists attended this virtual event.
